All courses run in 4 consecutive sections called Expeditions. All fees quoted are for one course (4 Expeditions). Once registered online, course material along with the Travel Code (access key for E-Learning with The Globe in a Nutshell) will be provided online by e-mail within 48 hours. Expedition 1 will begin promptly at the moment the Travel Code is entered. Each Expedition is contained within a four-week time frame based on the activation date. It is recommended that the Travel Code be entered only when the student is ready to initiate a four-week session with a new Expedition. A student may access the current Expedition as many times as is desired during this time period. There will be approximately 5 hours per Expedition of online learning and the student can choose to sign out early from an Expedition once it has been completed. The time length between Expeditions is left to the student's discretion.
The Globe in a Nutshell follows an adult education model, which means that student participation in all courses is necessary. The student must do all the required reading, memorization and assignments. Students enrolled in The Globe in a Nutshell courses must have all the required reading, memorization and assignments completed and be ready and able to contribute to all participatory elements of the course.
All course fees are $99.00 CDN unless stated otherwise plus applicable taxes. Our GST/HST registration number is 13907 7879 RT0001 and payment is required in full before a student can be considered registered. Fees quoted are for one course. The Globe in a Nutshell has provided easy online registration. Valid payments with Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted through PayPal.

Upon successful registration over the web, a confirmation page from PayPal will be displayed in your browser which you should print to ensure you have your order number for future reference. And, within 48 hours, a 'Confirmation of Registration' letter from The Globe in a Nutshell with your login access codes, Referral Code and Travel Code will be sent to the e-mail address you have provided. Your credit card will be billed upon successful registration/confirmation and will show on your credit card statement as GEOGRAPHY or WORLD GEOGRAPHY.
PayPal handles all online registrations during the entire course registration process. All customer data collected is protected against unauthorized access. The Globe in a Nutshell does not store credit card information but works with leading financial organizations and processing partners that perform complete financial transaction services and credit card information storage at well-secured sites off of The Globe in a Nutshell's premises.
E-Learning is a hosted service. All of our orders are FINAL. There is NO RETURN, NO REFUND, NO EXCHANGE. So If you have any questions, please contact customer service at info@theglobeinanutshell.com prior to purchasing.
